I've seen discussion of dimensional travel, etc. is mixing in some very sci-fi elements, as I understand it. And the version being developed here by Black Imp & co. From what I've read about Loup Garou's project, it suffers the same problem.

The version of SB2 at the Dev Board above is a big and unwieldy game that tries to make a bit too much of itself. Going a step beyond that, SB1 was a small game. The projects in the works here are moving away from Flash and more into the realm of something one might have seen on a Super NES console. Loup's group (heh, couldn't resist) is carrying on in Flash, as well.

The original and "first" (as I know it) SB2 were Flash games. Now, you see a few of the key issues that prevent a unification. I assume that they are the core of the development group there. I know that Black Imp, Capontx, Shinteo, and Narutoxd3 seem to be the most active with that. Real life, however, pulled us in different directions for different reasons and our project was shelved (unless Ronin pushes to bring it back).Īs people noticed that there was a lull in the action here, some of them started up on still another iteration of SB2. I have no idea as to where they are developing their game, only that it is a Flash project, as well.Ĭhilly, Ronin, and I also wished to have a go at a different view of the game, and so this place came to be. I don't know everyone involved in that project, but I do know that Loup Garou is a part of it. What I do know is that from there, a splinter group formed out to create their own vision of what SB 2 should be. I found it very late and I believe that the project had already changed hands at least once and the "current development team" was basically disbanded. I stumbled across the SB2 Development Board as I started looking around for information on the game and any sequels. I know that the person who made SB 1 had long since left it behind and this was what I suppose would be considered a fan game done by someone who enjoyed the concept of the original and wanted to make it better. The second game, I honestly am not entirely sure who began the process. That's the easy part of the history lesson. I believe that I have only seen one place that claimed that the uploader was the original creator. It's a simple Flash game that's generally hosted on adult flash sites or adult sections of flash sites. I've seen multiple variations on it with different spellings and changing the last few letters. The original was created by someone named Pookala, or something like that.
